1. Data controller
Techvibefr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €50,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 911 432 678 and whose registered office is at 14 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France, is the controller of the data collected through techvibefr.com. 2. Data collected
When you request a consultation we collect your first name, your e-mail address and, where applicable, your communication preferences. When you browse the site we collect technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through audience measurement cookies, exclusively with your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
Data are processed for the following purposes: to respond to your consultation request, to send you information about property projects, to send you e-mail communications where you have consented, to measure site audience, to prevent abuse and to ensure the security of the service.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (consultation) and on our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
5. Retention
Your contact data are kept for three years from the last active contact. Audience measurement data are kept for thirteen months. Beyond these periods data are anonymised or deleted.
6. Recipients
Your data are accessible to authorised teams within Techvibefr SAS and to our processors (hosting provider OVH SAS, e-mail platform provider). No transfer outside the European Union is carried out without appropriate safeguards.
7. Your rights
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have a right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to define instructions concerning the fate of your data after your death. You may exercise these rights by writing to dpo@techvibefr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
Techvibefr implements technical and organisational measures designed to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data (encryption in transit, access controls, logging, staff awareness).
